We have tried to make your home as safe as possible with fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors. If your home is not equipped with these or they are not functioning properly, inform us immediately. 

Things you need to do to protect yourself:

• Check your smoke alarms regularly. Let us know immediately if one is not working properly. Even if they are working, replace the batteries annually.
• Make sure fire extinguishers are visible, accessible, and charged.
• Make sure the carbon monoxide detector is working.
• Keep your doors locked.
