All checks are to be made out to “Kasteel Property Management.” Here are some different options to facilitate you in paying your rent on time:

Mail your check to 354 Sweetwater Dr Springville, UT 84663:
If you choose this option you are responsible to mail your rent early enough that it gets to us before it is late. We must receive it by the end of the day on the 5th or it is late. Kasteel Property Management is not responsible for the length of time it takes the post office or any delivery service to get your rent to us. Nor are we responsible for any inefficiency on your part or the delivery service you choose to get your rent to us in a complete and timely manner.

Automatic Payment:
Use Bill Pay from your own banking institution – Most Banks and Credit Unions will automatically pay your bills for you. If you use this option use your property address as your account number.

Hand Deliver it:
Our office has a drop box out front. It is next to the yellow sign that says “Drop Box”. If you need a receipt because you are paying with cash just knock on the front door for assistance.

Drop boxes:
There are two drop boxes that you can use depending on your location. Just look for the yellow sign.
• Springville – Front of the house next to the garage door 354 East Sweetwater Dr (2200 South).
• Layton – North side of Survival Solution 2864 North Fairfield Rd Ste. 110

Rent is due on the first of the month and late fees are charged after the 5th, regardless of the day of the week. No exceptions. If you are late you will be charged a $25 late fee on the 6th and an additional $5 per day until paid in full. If your check does not clear the bank, for any reason, you will be charged a $20 fee.
