Thank you to those that have been responsible with paying rent on time or paying the late fees. We actually prefer that rent is on time with no late fees charged. It is costly and time consuming to collect and process late rent. For this reason late fees are always charged for late rent. It is not our place to act contrary to the lease and waive late fees.
