To help get this matter resolved as quickly as possible please make sure to include the access code to your front door. When we come by to fix the issue we will knock and ring the doorbell before entering and if nobody is home we will leave you a note so you know we were there.

If you require to be present during the repairs, rather than giving us your access code, then you need to be easily reachable and you need to keep the appointment. We will do the best we can to accommodate but his may cause some delays in getting your maintenance issues resolved. If you aren’t home for a scheduled appointment or want to reschedule your appointment you will be charged a $65 fee.

We want to resolve each and every maintenance item as quickly and efficiently as possible and your help to do so is a necessary part of that. If it is difficult to get a hold of you, you don’t return calls, your contact information is wrong, or you don’t keep appointments then your maintenance items will naturally become less of a priority and eventually canceled noting the reason why.
