At Kasteel Property Management we believe the best way to manage a property is by preventing problems rather than being forced to deal with the never ending urgent situations that come from poor planning. We have a quick response when problems do come up but we never lose focus of our goal to prevent them in the first place. We use the acronym FIRES to help illustrate the idea that it’s much better to prevent FIRES than it is to have each day filled with the urgency of extinguishing FIRES.
